[Gameplay] CRITICAL BUG with TAHM KENCH on HOWLING ABYSS

While you are on Howling Abyss as Tahm Kench your keyboard's inputs do not function properly; the game simply doesn't register you as pressing keys even while you are trying to change options. I have been playing this game for at least 5 years on the same laptop with the same settings and have NEVER encountered this problem. Bug has been tested and reproduced in multiple custom games and discovered during a MATCHMADE ARAM.
