Kalista W Passive Won't go off

I started a game as and accidentally used on instead of , so i purchased another from the store and used it on before finished dying. I successfully bonded with , I could still ult and everything, but would not place a stack for my W, and he couldn't pop my W when i placed the stack. i tried buying again but it would only go on CD and wouldn't let me bind with anyone else. Please look into this rito <3.
