Skins missing and club tag not showing in game.

Yeah idk. My gf is missing her championship ashe skin, as well as a few other legacy skins. I've also heard some people's blue essence wards are missing. Any word on a fix or is this something she should be submitting a ticket for? (I've asked her to submit one when she wakes up today).

And I guess I'm just curious why skins would go missing in the first place? I paid good money to have her looking pretty I don't know why riot would even bug out and have someone lose skins.
