[Gameplay] Shyvana's Q on-hit reduction on structures (bonus: super secret Jax sheen exploit/trick)

Hello.

So recently i've been trying Shyvana, and as a top lane main i give the jungle a wide berth.

One thing i notice is that, despite clearly stating basic attacks reduces the cooldown of her Q ability, it is in fact completely unaffected by structures. Sure, this goes a huge way from stopping her becoming a split pusher on par with Trundle, Jax and Tryndamere, but it still feels extremely frustrating to play around (especially when you realize the tool tip is feeding you false information.)

Secondly, there's a Jax "exploit" or trick i've been abusing for years as a Jax main. It involves Sheen, in any incarnation - wether it be Sheen itself, Trinity force, Lich bane or Iceborn Gauntlet.

Basically, as opposed to any other champion in the game so far, Jax can trigger Sheen twice using one spell only.

Jax's counter-strike can somehow trigger Sheen again if you manually detonate it, which gives you extreme clear strength as a jungler and even stronger dueling power if timed right in brawls with opposing bruisers. Personally i've been keeping it secret as i see it as more of a skillful feature, but after playing several other champions that SHOULD be able to replicate Jax's trick, i realized it might simply be an oversight due to his age.

Tl;dr: Jax can trigger Sheen twice by manually triggering Counter-strike's strike. This trick does NOT apply to any other champions in the game, whereas it USED TO apply to Mordekaiser before his rework.
