[CLIENT] I won a game, but after I leave the "victory" screen there are no records of my game.

PLEASE HELP! I was playing ranked, for my promo, and after champion select, the moment it says "the game will begin ... " the champion select menu does not disappear but froze, however the players can still chat. So after waiting for a while, one of the players decides to dodge, and by doing that, the game actually started to load and we were able to start playing. But after winning the game, and exiting the victory screen, I realised that I got no league points and there were no record of the game I just played in my match history within the game. Somehow, when I log on this site, and look at my history, the game that I won does appear. I am very confused because it is not the first time.

If someone is kind enough to help me! Have a good day fellow summoners.
