Didn't get champion capsule from last 2 lvl ups

I didn't get anything from my last 2 lvl ups (and tutorial) even though it said I would get a champion capsule. also whenever I'm in main menu a "!" appears near the loot symbol but when I check it, nothing new is there... help?
