[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne passive doesn't activate talisman burn

It's a pretty simple yet frustrating bug, nocturne's passive hitting targets doesn't activate hunter's talisman's burn effect, nor the same effect on any finished jungle item. Other passives that do similar things are Nunu and Willump's passive, which does activate talisman.

To reproduce this bug:

1. load into game as nocturne jungle
2. buy talisman
3. hit any 2 jungle monsters with nocturne's passive
4. cry since only the main attack target is affected by talisman
