[GAMEPLAY] ASHE Q FROST DOESNT TOGGLE

Hi I've noticed when playing ashe the last couple of weeks, her Q doesnt work - as in the button showing active abilities on top doesn't come up. So its hard to know when her Q is on or not because the graphics of the ice when you shoot something is the same for on or off.
