[CRASH] Firewall error

Today I tried to play a match of league of legends to try out the new Ashe revamp. After champion select my screen was black for around 15 seconds followed by an error message... "Unable to connect to the server. If you have a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Please refer to your firewall's documentation. Would you like to retry the connection?" This is not the first time I have encountered this bug but it is the first time it wouldn't let me connect after a few retry's. I fiddled with firewall settings (including disabling it) and nothing would work. So once the match had ended I log back onto league of legends to see I have gotten placed into the low priority queue for a bug that is not my fault! Rito please fix this bug it is old and quite annoying. I have just been able to connect to my next match (thank God) but I do not think I deserve the low priority queue.
