Game crashes after an URF game

[CRASH?} The game, after winning or losing, will display the Victory or Defeat Animation, the Continue button will be clicked, and the game will not load the after-game screen, and all League processes will stop. I must reboot the game in order to play again. I have only played URF for this, so I do not know if it is consistent throughout the other modes. This just started after I downloaded Patch 5.7.

Step-by-Step:

1. Queue up.
2. Play and finish a game.
3. Hit continue after animation.
4. Have the game close as normal and reveal a desktop without it's post-game lobby.
5. Reboot LoL and repeat.
