Lunar Revel Shop Bugged?

As you probably know, lunar revel shop was released today. I unlocked all my skins, and bought my 60% off popstar . After relogging in 2 or 3 times, my lunar revel shop was reset, and I was able to get start guardian for 70% off. Is this a bug or is this the way it's supposed to me?

Skins that are going on sale in the next few months were changed so that people who got like 30% off didn't feel robbed; Popstar Ahri is presumably going on sale soon.

The one skin i bought was reset and changed to a new skin today too, so i dont know.

Weird, I didn't get any skin resets. That sucks.
