Blood Moon Kennen Ult Bug

So I just played a game against a Blood Moon top and when he ulted the animation never showed on my screen. You could here him ult and it said it was part of the death recap but it was completely invisible. Has anyone else experienced this bug yet?

Yup, I had it happen to me the other night. I'm not colorblind and my friend who was in game with me could see it clearly
