2 bugs that i am having

I have started playing Ranked in the New Summoners Rift, the first bug i am having is: (sometimes/most of the time) when i hover over a champ/tower/inhib... instead of an outline i get a fill color that fills the entire space that the element fills, covering everything else. when i hover a minion it is rarely a problem because it only a small portion of my screen, but a tower or inhib is different. I have already lost a game when i hover my nexus so i haven't cared about that yet (sarcasm).

also... i am not able to select any champions from the weekly rotation.
