"This account has been permanently suspended."

I am not able to log in to my account to play, this message appears "this account has been permanently suspended". I do not understand why, I've had this account for over 8 years if I'm not mistaken, the last time I played was in 2016, and now I try to come back and this message appears, why?

Person kindly to arrange this, I spent a lot of time playing and tantando to leave my account good, and now I simply lose it is an unacceptable injustice with a player.
