Isn't it about time someone came out saying whether this is a feature or not, because if it is it surely shouldn't be, not so much akali but it's not fun getting one shot by an orianna late game without a single animation playing on your screen
Yeah...... I can understand things like Nidalee spear coming through fog of war and then once it has any part of it come out (since the only part that matters is the tip) it is visible...... But that looks like a good unit or two away from the wall for that Veigar stun, and what the heck did Viktor even use? That is just funky as heck.
I have encountered this in a game, and it's hella annoying getting stunned by Veigar's Event Horizon without even seeing it.
