League installer constantly asking to run "pls halp"

Every time I try to open anything on my computer, the LoL installer keeps popping up asking me to run so it can install league again... Like I have LoL installed already so why it keep popping up asking to run?? I try to do my homework on my computer becuz I take online classes.. Every time I open up the website, that's when the installer pops up asking to run... Wtf do I do to stop this shit... This has never happened until now
