bug with spammy champs using Quick cast with indicator

this really annoying bug that can easy get you kill late game it needs to be fix i reported it back on patch 5.10 i did my best to explain in the video how it happens but i don't 100% understand the bug just know it happen sometimes when you try to do a combo one of the abilities already use will show its indicator again even tho you can't use it and since you can't use that ability you have to cancel it then you are able to use the rest of your kit sometime you can't cancel it tho and you have to wait for that ability to comeback from cooldown then you can use the rest of your kit
