i have played many games where i have received a s- or higher. and it says i earned a chest, but when i look in my loot. I have no unopened chest. This started happening with the preseason. I was wondering whats going on, if i can fix that and start getting the chest i have earned, and it this happening to anyone else?

Yes it's also happening to me. Riot doesn't seem to care though as I have made posts as well. Just happened to me again in fact.
