6.5 Dynamic Queue Glitch (Freezing)

Got into dynamic queue, and when I banned a champion, the ban button kept re-appearing and i clicked it about 15 times before my client caught up and registered the ban. Same thing then happened to my friend.

Then, during champ select, when the enemy before me was picking, my client froze at 0s, and showed that he hadn't picked a champion. My friend was telling me it was my turn to pick, but i couldn't pick a champion or lock anything in because my client still showed the enemy at 0s without a champ selected. I then got kicked for not picking, without even being able to.
