Every other patch this breaks, why cant i have my vintage overlay for the skin i bought

Hey 3 1415thon -

As I'd mentioned in the other reply, I'm going to follow up with the team and see what the status is on this.

EDIT: This may just be related to Curling Veigar, looking at the bug tickets. D: Also, I have someone looking into it this week. If all goes well, this should be resolved in 6.10.
