5mins to 20mins!

So I got a leave buster because my internet crashed during the champion selection. It said I will have a 5-minute low priority queue for 5 games. Okay, that's fine I guess. Then when I go to load up a game it says that I have to wait for a 20-minute low priority queue before I can be added to the queue. It only said 5 but I have to wait for 20. Please help if you can.
