[Gameplay] High Noon Ashe hitbox bugged

In one of my games today and Ashe using the High noon skin had two ults land on me that both missed by an obvious distance.

Something similar also happened on Boxbox's stream yesterday, Ashe was also using the high noon skin in this clip so im not sure if its limited to this skin or not.
