[CRASH] Game freezing every time a match ends

For the last 5 or so games I've played, my game has frozen right when the nexus is about to explode. The camera won't move, I'll hear the nexus explode, and the regular music will continue to play, but I can't do anything. I can't switch tabs, can't click anything, I have to hit ctrl alt delete, open task manager just so I can see my start bar, try to reopen league, and then hit okay when it tells me the client is already running and to close the previous one.
