Spectator Match lacking end game button

See screenshot. I was watching a featured game to see how Kalista played in high elo games. When the game ended there was no generation of the end game button. (Victory/Defeat) I waited a couple minutes since I know sometimes takes a while, but this was far longer and still nothing. I had to force exit via the menu dialogue button and then select quit in the launcher's reconnect or quit dialogue. (See screenshot for smashed nexus with no end game popup button.)
