Honor System after being suspended

So a while back on October 31st 2017 I got a 15 day suspension from league and my honor was reset to 0 (which is fair). But now its June 30 2018 and my honor is still zero and it says you have reached checkpoint 2 of 3 to reach honor level 1 for the longest time. I get at least 1 honor about every game if not more and I am still honor level 0. I was wondering what is the third checkpoint so I could move on from 0 and move on up through the honors.

PS: I was honor level 5 when I got the suspension and it was my first offense.

I got a 14 day ban 1 month before the saeson ended and I'm currently at honor 1 C2. I've played around 500/600 games since then. It depends on what you type in chat a lot, so I'm progressing a bit slow.
