Gameplay bug, Kayne, speed boot runes, unable to fully upgrade items

I used the new runes that give you an active speed boost on your boots. I was playing kayne and when I went to buy the boots they were invisible on my screen but I was still able to click on them and buy them. However, after buying the boots I was unable to upgrade to my final jungle item or upgrade my items to a black cleaver. Once I upgraded the boots to tier 2 boots the problem went away. There is a problem with buying the active item boots and buying final items.

1. Step one have active item rune.
2. Open shop, boots are black square.
3. Buy the black square boots.
4. Try to buy the final part of an item you have a component of, it fails.
5. Upgrade boots to tier 2 hopefully it fixes itself.
