Black splash art after champ select

Ever since i updated to around 5.2 ive had the problem of black boxes replacjng the champ skins/splash art, no crash, everything else in the page is fine and shows except the champ skins ( the page where you see your ping) reinstalled lol and still nothing.... HELP!!!
