[Gameplay] Ionic Spark Works from the Bench (July 27, 2019)

it doesn't appear to work from every location on the bench. I got an Ionic spark right away from The First Carousel and The first Minion Wave. But no Shen's on the first few champion rotations caused me to bench him for the 2-star Zed that I got. He originally was on the far left spot of the bench, and i noticed nothing from there. But overtime I wound up reorganizing him to the second to right spot where you see in the video, low and behold, his ionic spark went apeshit from that spot. Later on, I got a 3rd Shen and put him on the far right side of the bench, where I again didn't get anything from it.
