Seeing people walk through walls?

Okay so that last couple of days i kind of noticed something that is quite weird, every time I go to the enemy jg to do a counter jg as lee sin i will see the enemy jg walk through walls and no i am not talking just walking around the corncer and he phases through the edge or somthing like I a ammu phase through rock monster wall through red buffs walls and all the way to chicken and her body just glided right through and i had the same thing happen to a quin that i saw on blue side that went from running away form and going through grump wall to ending up at wolfs... So yea i am totally lost lol.
