mouse lockup on game exit

When we won the game, before I could click the button go to the game results screen, the mouse locked in the upper left hand corner. alt tabbed several times, back and forth, but mouse stuck there. ctrl alt delete, allowed me to use mouse in task manager, closed LOL, took me straight to the game results screen.
