Teambuilder icons show wrong portion of champions

When you queue up for teambuilder and choose a position, the icon of your champion gets shown in the minimap displayed on the right side. Certain champions such as Lee Sin, Riven, Thresh, etc. will show the wrong part of their model... now I have noticed that this seems to happen ONLY FOR OTHERS... as in something must be wrong with the PVP.net client that I am seeing my champions correctly but not others'.

This problem has only started happening recently and I never really noticed it till now. Sometimes, however, the bug does not occur. This is going to be a pain in the butt to fix...

One thing to note is that when I was queuing as Orianna, I did accept and leave groups multiple times so perhaps that has something to do with it...
