Seeing other people's masteries in Dynamic Queue champ select.

When I view a friend's Masteries page and play Dynamic Queue, sometimes they'll show his/her masteries instead of my own. It's weird... sometimes there's half of their masteries and half of mine, sometimes it's all of their masteries list etc.
