[Client] Mobile App stops me from inviting friends on the computer client.

Whenever my friends happen to be on both the mobile app for league and the actual client itself, I am unable to invite them to games. It just says that the players are "ineligible to join the queue." They are able to invite me to games, however, so I know that they are in fact on the computer client as well. I am able to reproduce this with any friends on both the mobile app and the computer client.
