I just had to relog a ranked due to black screen

And now it's taking 20 minutes to log back in due to 'scanning files' that never end. I just logged in 5 minutes before any of this happened, and now the client has a crazy problem between then and now?

I stopped playing for 2 months in hopes this would finally work properly, but no, I get a black screen of death and an announcement about alt tabbing. God.]

Now that I got that out of my system, I can go back to wording things calmly and respectfully. This loss is, once again, entirely on the client. You are even investigating the exact issue I'm currently having. Would you please give my team loss forgiveness before this game ends?
