losing 200 ip every time i log in?

Can't lose IP if you don't log in. http://i.imgur.com/IbCEA3j.gif

Yeah some other guy reported this bug yesterday, feelsbad man

I'm losing 6000 IPs rito refund me pls.

this just happened to me as well

edit: this seems to just be a cosmetic issue, playing a game again will cause your ip to go back to normal with the addition of the new ip you gained from the game

I'm also noticing this issue, and while I'd like to think it was "cosmetic" it's not only happening when I log in. I'll have 3149 IP, play one more game, and go to the store to buy a 3150 champ only to find I've only got 3000 IP and it won't let me buy anything. I've tried relogging, playing another after that, etc. Nothing.
