Can't Gift True Damage Skins

Today I wanted to gift one of my friends the new Ekko skin since they really want it. So I purchased the RP and went to gift them but, not only is the True Damage skin not an option but none of them are! Is this on purpose?

I just checked the gifting, and the True Damage skins are there. Did you click on the wrong option in gifting?
