Shop zone in Twisted Treeline

Feature, not a bug. It's been present since the TT map rework came out in 2012. The shop zone is centered on the shopkeeper, not the fountain. Since the shopkeeper is on the north side, the buy range extends farther north.

This situation actually used to apply to every map. Shopkeep's always on the north-side of the nexus platform, and shop area is correspondingly shifted northward. SR's unique in that Riot specifically anchored shop range to the nexus platform in 4.21.
