Frozen tokens count

Hello, 2 days ago my tokens count was stuck on 1751 and not increasing at all for like 5 games. Then, the count was not frozen anymore until i reached 1859 tokens where it got stuck again. I am not receiving my first win of the day bonus from trial pass and have lost a lot of tokens due to frozen tokens count. At this point i feel scammed, i have put money on trial pass and effort to earn the tokens while i have lost a lot due to frozen count. I hope this will be fixed and my tokens will be recovered.. it's a serious mistake in the system.
