[CLIENT] Language Filter Bug

I have encountered a bug in the Champion Select screen. The client censors profanity even though I have the "Enable Language Filter" box unchecked in the client options. I have only encountered it once and all you need to do is play a game and it can occur in champ select. I am not sure about the reproductive rate of this bug.
