my team getting s+ i get no chest or key fragment

ever since hex tech crafting came out I wasn't getting chests or key fragment in my games I don't think this is fair

Also, it doesn't count for your chest if it's on your entire team, only if it's in your pre-made queue team. If you're solo queue, even if all 4 other players get S ranks, you don't get a chest.

Not true. Watched it happen, solo queued someone got an S rank, chest granted.

Looked it up a bit, and there's apparently a bug that lets this sometimes happen. But far as I know that's not 'intended' functionality.

There is a time limit between chest and keys.

Keys are rng and chests take one week to be regained. But if you have three or four to gain still you can get them whenever with no time restriction.

Also, make sure you aren't using a champion you already got a chest with.

also make sure you aren't being punished for poor behavior. not sure if you're notified whenever you're supposed to get a chest but if you've been punished by a chat restriction you wont be getting chests for a while

I mean, keys, I can't really help you wish, but this cleared up a lot of questions about gaining chests.
