my team getting s+ i get no chest or key fragment
ever since hex tech crafting came out I wasn't getting chests or key fragment in my games I don't think this is fair

Also, it doesn't count for your chest if it's on your entire team, only if it's in your pre-made queue team. If you're solo queue, even if all 4 other players get S ranks, you don't get a chest.
There is a time limit between chest and keys.
Also, make sure you aren't using a champion you already got a chest with.
also make sure you aren't being punished for poor behavior. not sure if you're notified whenever you're supposed to get a chest but if you've been punished by a chat restriction you wont be getting chests for a while

I mean, keys, I can't really help you wish, but this cleared up a lot of questions about gaining chests.
