Aatrox's Blood Thirst/Blood Price

I was in game and I noticed that Aatrox's Blood Thrist/Blood Price wasn't activating and later on the game it would activate but it would active every 2nd auto attack instead of three. Then it would glitch out again and would stop working. Please fix this. Thanks.
