Can't use my left click in game anymore

My attack move was previously bound to my left click but I cannot left click anymore.

I changed some scripts in my input.ini folder but I think the persistedsettings.json file is preventing the input.ini scripts from working properly, is there any way to delete persistedsettings.json without it coming back?
