Client Crashes During Loading Screen

I play league quite a lot. Me and my friends run this game on powerful computers ranging from $1200 computers to $2000. However, both me and many of my friends have consistent problems with the client crashing. What is the most frustrating is that the game will often crash when we're picking in draft, and lead to us getting bans and having to wait. This happens all the time, and it has become super frustrating. I understand if players need to be banned for dodging or not picking champions, but the client is repeatedly crashing and causing my friends and I to get bans constantly. Is this an overall problem? Or is this isolated to my friends and I.
