I just finished a Nexus Blitz game and got S+ but didn't get the mastery 7 token. I'm level 6 with Miss Fortune and just need 1 more token to get mastery 7. It says you get mastery points on this game mode. [sg-lux-2]
you dont get tokens from any game mode that isn't summoners rift normals or ranked. You can yes get mastery points, but not tokens. This was said in riot's original discussion when the mastery system was introduced.

You don't get them from Blitz. twisted tree line, aram, or other special game modes. You will only get tokens on regular summoners rift; normal or ranked.
