[CLIENT] Rune/Mastery page bugs out

During champion select of a unranked draft game, opened my premade page and tried to make another using the PLUS page button. bugs out mastery page and now all pages in client show only as a solid bar with an X mark.

Bugged out page seems to go back to normal if you go into collection screen and reopen rune pages again before joining another queue.

I just tried to replicate the issue in a custom game, it did not occur again, but it may be from starting a new page right as a ban/pick is initiated.
