[Gameplay] Refunding one's -- healing..?
I feel like this should've been reported already, but it's existed for quite some time now. It looks like you can refund a little more than just your items, but rather you can refund the regeneration from spawn as well. Whenever you refund an item, it's as if it reverts your health, mana, and even rage (ex: Shyvana) back to a snapshot taken when you purchased the item. In other words if you purchase an item while at half health in spawn and regenerate back up to full health, then refund the item, you'll be back to half health.
Instead of resetting a player's status, it should probably just check if the item refunded affects their max health, mana, or whatever else and subtract that amount from the relative status to prevent rapid healing or other glitches.
Although this is mostly a minor inconvenience, it is pretty annoying with the relatively new extended healing time when you're trying to quickly get out of base, but just reset your health back to near-death. It's also bound to result in a few deaths eventually when an Ezreal ult happens to hit spawn just as you're refunding an item and resetting your health. The fact that it resets mana, rage, and so on is just rather silly.
