I've noticed myself and a few others have yet to receive the harrowing icon's for mystery gifting & three+ Hexakill wins. We've relogged and waited over 24 hours. Is there a bug in which people aren't receiving them or does it take some time to register and give them?

Yea i dont know I won 4 on friday ad never got the icon and its sunday 
Same, I've won 4 games of hexakill now and haven't received my icon. My first three wins were also on Friday I believe and it's now Sunday.
Same here and im a little upset about it
Same. I won three on Friday and three on Saturday, and I still don't have the icon. But, I've seen people that already have the icon for their wins, so I'm not too sure if the system is still getting around to it or if there's something else going on.
After your 3 wins, it takes about an hour or two to appear. But I did gift a mystery champ for a friend and it's been over a day and my icon hasn't shown up. I might create a separate thread of it doesn't show by tomorrow
