[Gameplay] Syndra ult jitters

There is currently a bug with Syndra where when her ultimate goes off, it will jitter and stutter the screen, making it unresponsive. It seems to happen most often when you are moving and casting ult, and the more balls and movement speed, the more jitter. I don't have any screenshots as stills wouldn't show what's going on, and I have no way of recording this. It doesn't show for other players, only for the person casting the ult.

I'd also like to mention that this was a bug before the 6.9 rework, as well as after.
