Illaoi IP spent, but she is not in my champion list

Earlier today the shop was bugged and wouldn't open. But right before it happened I bought Illaoi, and it didn't show her in my list of champs, and I couldn't play her. Now, shop is up and she's not in my list of champions, and I still cannot play her. It shows her in my purchase history, though.

This happen to anybody else? I don't know if I need to get Riot's attention to get this fixed or if it's common and I should just wait while they fix it.

Here is a thread below with the same issue, but no one has found a solution to the bug so you are not the only one. You could make a ticket to Riot showing proof of purchase just like the Alistar Unchained skin and hopefully they would be able to solve it.

There was an issue with the shop earlier too that Riot was investigating so that could be the culprit. I want to say that Illaoi will come to you eventually you may just have to wait since the shop may still be a bit buggy, but I don't want to mislead you.
