Sound of shot without shooting projectile because turn away to kite so fast.

Ive been playing a lot of jinx, and I noticed that when kiting with her rocket auto attack if you turn too fast it doesnt actually shoot, it takes a second. WHICH IS FINE if it didnt make the shoot sound making me think its time to turn. If the gun goes bang the bullet flies out, fix it.
